For training courses, we offer a full and unconditional refund guarantee within 14 days of the start of the course, not the purchase date. The refund conditions are as follows:
- Open enrollment course already started: The 14-day period begins immediately after your registration.
- Open enrollment course not yet started: The 14-day period begins on the official start date of the training, when the videos or educational materials become available.
Fixed-date training: The 14-day period begins on the official start date of the academy’s courses for that training. - This policy aims to give our users enough time to evaluate our training and ensure their satisfaction. To request a refund, please contact us with the details of your registration and request.
