1.1. Browsing the Site

No personal information is collected when you browse our site, except for cookies. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for more information.

1.2. Subscription to eBooks, Newsletters, or Any Simple Form on the Site

We collect the first name, last name, and email address. The country is optional but retained if provided.

1.3. Purchases and User Profile

When making a purchase, we collect complete customer information, including name, address, email, possibly phone number, and progress in the training. The user profile may include a biography and a photo. Payment information is processed and stored by payment solutions such as Stripe and PayPal and is not stored by us.

1.4. Analytics

We use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Kajabi Analytics, and Cookie-Script to collect anonymous information to compile statistics.

 

2. Use of Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Marketing and improving our services.
  • Sending newsletters and registering for academy webinars.
  • Sharing with affiliates who have sold our services through their affiliate link (first name, last name, email, and country).
  • We do not sell or give any information to partners. If information needs to be shared, it will be done by us, and the user will be free to participate or not.

 

3. Protection of Information

Our security measures include:

  • Data access only by the designated ArchiTEK NuméRIK data officer.
  • Reliance on Kajabi’s security quality to protect the systems.

 

4. User Rights

Users can, at any time:

  • Request access to the data we hold.
  • Request corrections.
  • Request the deletion of data. Deleting data results in the loss of access to purchased products and is irreversible. No refund requests will be accepted after data deletion. Please allow a minimum of 7 days to obtain data or process correction or deletion requests.

 

5. Retention Period

Data is retained as long as users are active.

If a user has not accessed the system for 12 months and has purchased products, we will attempt to contact them three times before deleting their data.

If the customer has not purchased products, data will be deleted without an attempt to contact.

For lifetime products, information will be retained until the user requests its deletion.

 

6. Policy Changes

An email will be sent to all users 30 days before any changes to this policy. A popup will also be displayed on the site 30 days before and 10 days after the change. It is the user’s responsibility to check for updates.
